EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an effective therapy for overcoming trauma (single-episode and complex), anxiety, phobias, and overwhelming experiences.
I use EMDR to help clients neutralize traumatic memories, lessen emotional triggers, and find peace and clarity around future anxieties and phobias.
Whether you are healing from childhood trauma, sexual trauma, pregnancy and birth trauma, relationship trauma, military service-related trauma, vicarious trauma, traumatic loss, trauma related to your identity, a car crash, natural disaster, war, or other overwhelming experiences; EMDR provides a caring, structured, and effective approach to recovery.
I can work with you as your primary therapist using EMDR or alongside longer term talk therapy. I also support couples and groups to heal from shared traumatic experiences.
I am Certified in EMDR, and trained in advanced EMDR protocols including EMDR 2.0, EMDR with groups, and EMDR in the immediate aftermath of a traumatic event as well as working with those in ongoing traumatic situations.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity shifts, and major life transitions—including the complex terrain of identity, relationship discernment, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. In individual therapy, I offer a grounded, supportive space to explore your story, reconnect with your inner strength, and move toward meaningful change. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and always tailored to what matters most to you.

Congratulations on your decision to deepen your commitment to one another!
As you focus on wedding planning (venues, outfits, florists, guest lists, photos, practicing your dance moves, and the menu), it’s just as important to invest in the foundation of your relationship.
Premarital counseling offers a space to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and get aligned on the topics that most often create stress and disconnection for couples, including communication, sexual and emotional intimacy, finances, division of household responsibilities, parenthood, relationships with extended family, and how to navigate conflict while staying connected.
As a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, I guide couples through a personalized assessment and comprehensive feedback process to help you better understand your strengths, anticipate challenges, and feel more confident entering this next chapter together.

Relationships are at the heart of so much of our emotional wellbeing. I help couples deepen connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges like parenting and cargiving, work stress, household responsibilities, sexual and emotional intimacy, grief and loss, or healing from relational betrayals. My work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and the Gottman Method with tools for communicating, being a team, improving intimacy, playfulness and pleasure, rebuilding trust, and improving friendship.

Group Therapy and Group EMDR therapy offers a powerful, accessible way to experience healing in community. I help groups who have gone through similar traumas to find stability, reduce the emotional impact of the experience, and improve their coping in the face of ongoing challenges.

I lead workshops on topics such as work-life integration, perinatal mental health, trauma and resilience, and relationship dynamics. These spaces are designed to be inclusive, reflective, and practical—bringing people together to learn, share, and grow. Whether for community members, professionals, or organizational teams, my workshops aim to offer practical tools and foster deeper understanding.

I provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed social workers working towards their LCSW. My supervision style is reflective, relational, and grounded in trauma-informed and systemic therapy. I’m passionate about mentoring therapists as they develop clinical confidence, navigate complex cases, and build sustainable, fulfilling careers.
