Hi, I’m amy.
I’m Amy Jones (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Couples and Family Therapist, EMDRIA Certified Therapist™, and Perinatal Mental Health Certified Therapist. In addition, I’m an Integrated Life Advocate with the Third Path Institute, an organization dedicated to redesigning work, family, and leadership for a more sustainable and integrated life. I received my clinical training through the Council for Relationships, and my social work training at the University of Pennsylvania and Eastern University.
I came to this work with a deep belief in the healing power of relationships—both the ones we build with others and the ones we nurture within ourselves. My path to becoming a therapist began with a lifelong passion for social justice and a curiosity about how people grow through challenge and change. Practicing therapy is not just my profession—it’s an extension of how I move through the world: with presence, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Outside the therapy room, I facilitate community workshops and groups focused on trauma, loss, relationship dynamics, work-life integration, and navigating perinatal and postpartum transitions. I also supervise pre-licensed therapists. I’m also married and parent two young children with my husband in Philadelphia.
I’m passionate about creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where people can reflect, connect, and grow together.
